This Gala Celebrates our 1 year anniversary as well as it will bring awareness to October being Pregnancy & Infant Loss Awareness Month

Request for Sponsorship and / or Silent Auction Items

Railway City Angel Gowns is a local not-for-profit group dedicated to donating angel gowns for burial to parents and families who have lost an infant or child for any reason. Our mission is to provide support during a time of unimaginable grief. The need for these gowns continues to grow, and we are committed to meeting that demand.

Our organization has planned a fundraising event on Sunday, September 28, 2025, from 3:00–6:00 p.m. at CASO Station in St. Thomas (generously donated by North America Railway Hall of Fame). The event will feature a live performer, a silent “Auction for the Angels”, and—if we are fortunate to receive a major donation—an exciting live auction to add extra fun to the evening. We hope to raise $30,000 from ticket sales, auction proceeds, and donations.

This special evening will mark two important milestones:

  • Celebrating our first anniversary as an organization

  • Raising awareness that October is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month

At this time, we kindly ask for your support of our First Anniversary Celebration to ensure we can continue our mission. In appreciation of your donation, your business will receive recognition with your name and logo in the event program.

Sponsorship opportunities include:

  • $250 – $999: Logo featured on our website, recognition in newsletters, and social media mentions.

  • $1,000 – $5,000: Recognition during opening and closing ceremonies, a feature story in the event program, and logo placement on promotional materials.

Funds raised from this event will go toward securing a much-needed brick-and-mortar space. This location will house donated wedding gowns, supplies, and sewing machines, while also providing a workspace for our volunteers to decommission gowns, organize materials, and create the garments. The space will also foster connection among volunteers and encourage greater participation in our cause. In addition, we plan to establish a small grief library for families seeking comfort and resources.

If you have any questions regarding this request, please do not hesitate to contact us. We would be grateful to receive all confirmations by September 11, 2025.

Thank you in advance for your generosity and support.

Sincerely,

Paola & Kris
